*Vendor & Style Management: Strategically allocate product styles to different vendors and manage the entire product development lifecycle. *Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance existing processes and develop new solutions to meet business and brand requirements. *Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality, sustainability, and performance standards throughout the development process. *Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between brand, product creation, and sourcing teams to align on strategy, timelines, and goals. *Supplier Engagement: Partner with global suppliers to develop innovative materials and ensure they meet performance, cost, and lead-time targets. *Trend & Innovation Scouting: Stay informed about emerging industry trends, technologies, and sustainable material solutions to drive innovation.

*Print On Demand works with partners in US& EU whom provided the printing on demand products: T-shirt, Mugs, Poster, Canvas, Blanket, etc and ship to customers *Idea research using Google search, Pinterest, Ecommerce website: Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Redbubble,… to research ideas following the target customers’s interests such as: Family, Hobbies, Occupations, Movies, Sports,… *Create Idea Designs: Art, Font, Decoration and pass to Designer to request digital designs by Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator *Review and approve for digital designs *Upload digital designs to platforms: Teechip, Gearlaunch,… to create product samples and get the product link for Facebook advertisement *Run Facebook advertisement to target customers *Orders will be managed and shipped to customer by platform

+Follow up Early Development: Hand bag, Small Leather Good, Travel Category *Receive Sample Request from US PD partner *Check all the tech pack (Design Card/Material Guide/Stitch Guide/Artwork) *Create source in PLM system to factory with request for samples *Allocate new materials& track materials flow for sampling *Follow up sample making progress: review mock up, sample with co-operate to engineer to meet design expectations& production friendly *Work closely with US PD& Designer to ensure Design concepts executed correctly *Ensure samples shipped to US partner in time follow Development calendar +Ownership for Commercialization *Take over continuously follow up for Proto sample after Brand Review until the Collection styles gets Design Approved& ready for Production *Update all tech pack (DC/MG/SG) related to inform factory in timely manner *Create source in PLM to factory to access& download tech pack when Plan drop *Check& update BOM issues to NY PD to have correct BOM for factory to place bulk materials order *Check& approve for Confirmation Sample

Category team leader: Nike W’s Training ● Co-operate with Nike developer to develop high levels SPC (Shared Product Creation) projects. ● Ensure to meet Nike’s expectations on new projects in various areas: design pattern, tooling, cost,… ● Monitor lab tests of material& shoes sample physical properties through direct development to mass production ● Receive project information & share to all relevant parties: pattern, tooling, document, costing, material…for developing new projects ● Make worksheet& send to sample room to build up samples ● Monitor& Control quality of samples: material, color matching… to meet Nike’s developer demand ● Monitor and execute commercialization on new models from model size trial to full size run trial ● Technical support new models in mass production ● Follow up and work with related team: pattern, tooling, QA, production to solve quality issues in production
