Working as a project lead for a centralized user life-cycle management platform supporting end to end user life-cycle management for multiple entities from different geographic locations of the client organization. The platform is built based on a custom identity management tool (User Management Center) developed using Java, J2EE, Struts framework and directory services.This platform is capable of performing User Management, Admin Management, Group Management, Organization Management. Capable of reconciling end user and admin user information from source system to create User Identities in IDM tool. It also enables provisioning user details to different target applications based on different entity requirement. It also provides the self service capability for both admin user and end users. Consist of two different console for end user and System administrators meant for mostly developers. Integrated with Access management tool( SiteMinder) for single sign on. Being the project lead responsible for end to end project execution for new entity development, enhancement and 24*7 production support. My responsibility includes functional requirement gathering from business, converting functional requirement into technical use cases, designing the solution based on the requirement, estimation of cost and project timeline, contributing in development activity and leading the entire project execution and ensuring production support using project resources.

Worked on a Cloud based Human Capital Management platform that enables enterprises to digitalize their talent management universe, simplify talent management processes and deliver an enhanced employee experience. It helps transform HR systems and hire-to-retire processes by consolidating disparate HR systems, processes and operations into a single integrated global platform. This project includes Claims Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment Management, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc. It offers comprehensive talent management functionality focused on driving next generation employee experience with a comprehensive coverage of internal, external and social touch points, intuitive user interface, self-service enablement, easy access from any mobile device, embedded collaboration, integration capabilities, real time notifications and easy system administration. Roles and Responsibility: 1)Requirement Analysis and Solution Design. 2)End to end project delivery and roll out activities for different clients of various domains. 3)Building Technical as well as functional specs for the project.

Worked on a web based rental and lease management application for maintaining the details of the product that are either rented or leased from the company.
This application mainly maintains the details about the products that are available in the company for renting and leasing purposes. It is an application developed using Starts Framework along with Hibernate which provides an end user interface along with Administrative interface to help Client run their business in a more faster and efficient way. Roles and Responsibility: 1)Requirement Analysis and Solution Design. 2)Creation of requirement document and design document. 3)Coding and testing of various modules. 4)Unit Testing. Code review. SIT and UAT bugs fixing.
