Managed Tunable laser and Optical transceiver (400ZR) with complex assembly and testing production in Neophotonics Corp for 8 years and it is aqquired by Lumentum in June 2022. Led operations across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain Management, ensuring seamless logistic operations; directed annual budget planning and managed headcount to optimize resource allocation. Managed product manufacturing and quality assurance processes, including engineering and materials allocation. Provided strategic guidance on equipment purchasing and modifications to enhance production capacity.
