- I currently Lead the Human Capital Business Partner team across Fractal's largest Geos cutting across India , ANZ , Middle East and SE Asia representing over 90% of the firm's expanse . Additionally, am also responsible for the Global Human Capital Operations and Shared Services charter for Fractal .

- I was the CAHRL for one of Accenture's largest Strategic Account in the Insurance business line for our Operations growth platform - I was responsible for Employee rebadging approach and Talent strategy across HR and TA aspects involving multiple countries

- I am the lead HR business partner for our Growth Markets BU within ATCI ( Advanced technology centers in India ) managing a employee span in excess of ~13000 - I am part of the core leadership team engaging with Key business leaders in close proximity in bringing to life our key Talent strategy and people processes to life working with my team across all facets of HR service delivery

- I led HR Service Delivery for 2 business verticals of IPS (Intelligent Platform Services ) and Cloudfirst within ATCI - As part of Leadership team , i am responsible for Talent engagement , Performance Achievement, Retention for business verticals of over ~5000 people

- As the Advanced Technology Centers in India - Lateral Recruiting Delivery Lead was responsible to execute the Talent Acquisition plans for the fiscal and provide leadership oversight to a team of ~ 120 recruiters and work with the extended HR shared services to bring to life the same - The hiring execution was focused towards the experience levels of 2.5 yrs to 11 yrs ( SE to AM ) for our technology Business - Responsible for CPJ (Cost per Joiner) $ and JPR targets at Function level , Devising and executing Sourcing Strategies across various Recruiting Channels impacting cost and I&D metrics - Oversight of Recruiting Process and Tools Transformation agenda

- Leading the Global careers program ( GCP) HR Service Delivery for employees aligned to Accenture's technology vertical across multiple countries - As part of the GCP LT team , responsible for new country seeding , GCP traveler enablement , Policy and Process compliance , Compensation and Benefits discussion - Interlock with People Mobility for any Mobility policy/benefits related changes and execution /compliance

- As the Corporate Function- Field HR Lead , i was responsible for HR Service Delivery for our India Corporate Functions - HR , Marketing , Workplace etc cutting across Talent Management and Engagement and Performance management - I was also additionally the HR for HR lead for India HR reporting into the GU HR lead of Accenture here in India managing HR service delivery for our HR workforce

- Executed multiple roles as part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting lateral hiring for our Technology Business vertical in India - As lead recruiters supported the Platform hiring in the domains of Java , mainframe , Microsoft , data warehousing to name a few - Instrumental in setting up the SRM and Recruitment Market Intelligence team ( Supplier relationship Management ) team along with SRM lead - Responsible for vendor Channel performance and cost management PAN india

- As the Lead Talent Acquisition Recruiter , responsible for ramping up the business to its peak capacity of ~1000 agents on outbound voice process - brought in multiple cost efficiency metrics on vendor performance and stabilized the recruiting process
