Responsible for writing Operational Risk Credit Review and oversee, monitor risk reporting across the various Middle East businesses

Responsibilities included: • Implementation of scoring methodology to measure global collections performance across all major regions and countries. • Provide direction to the global cost reporting for collections through project planning, development of critical requirements and definitions to drive global consensus. • Develop analytics & minimum standards across Group collections projects • Partner with Global Project Team to streamline anomalies and standardize Group Collection BI reporting

Responsibilities included: • Measure and monitor the overall performance score for the collections process across the Bank • Implementation of Insurance Approved Security List Tool (Yellow Belt Project). Architected a VBA user interface reducing the time taken for processing by 90-95% through automation. An efficiency of 0.47 equivalent FTE time was gained through this project against an approved head count of only 0.5 by business, against which 1.72 FTE worth of time was being spent by the team pre project roll out
