Looking after complete Payroll, HR Operations, New client acquisition & catering to the recruitment needs of all the corporate clients in India (IT, ITES and NON IT). IT clients will be catered in the name of Datacore Technoliogies Pvt Ltd (Sister concern of Alp Consulting Ltd). Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training Employee Engagement , Timely processing of all invoices to various companies & Salary to Associates. Streamlining the operations, PF and ESIC formalities, bank accounts, ID cards Projection of business for the coming months. Client mapping. Relationship Management for various corporate clients, first point of contact for the client. Interaction with internal management, e.g. payroll backend, commercial, compliance, legal department. Getting new transfers and new clients. Extracting new business out of the existing clients and also adding new clients. Develop, implement and generate performance metrics and annual reviews for Payroll personnel. Provide coaching and development opportunities and address performance issues in a timely manner as appropriate In collaboration with Director HR Systems and Payroll, evaluate and analyze existing payroll policies, procedures and business processes; draft, propose and implement changes and/or quality control measures leading to best practice operations, Encourage and implement continuous improvement measures within Payroll and Client Relationship
