To lead, standardize, and govern injection mould tool development activities across plants and suppliers, ensuring cost optimization, quality, timelines, and technology alignment with business goals

Design plastic injection moulds as per part drawings, customer specifications, and DFM guidelines. Prepare complete mould layouts including cavity, core, inserts, sliders, lifters, cooling, and ejection systems. Conduct DFM, mould flow analysis review, and feasibility studies for new parts. Ensure mould designs meet quality, cycle time, cost, and tool life requirements. Coordinate with product design, manufacturing, quality, and vendors during mould development. Support tool trials, sampling (T0/T1/T2), and troubleshoot moulding issues. Implement design changes based on trial feedback and customer requirements. Prepare and maintain detailed 2D drawings, BOMs, and design documentation. Ensure adherence to customer standards, industry norms, and safety guidelines. Support continuous improvement activities for existing moulds
