I am the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of 4Arrows Co. LTD, a company created to bridge in trade, investment, and advisory services.

Rework Inc. is a business and investment consulting firm I co - founded and serve as chief strategic officer. My role in the company is to develop strategic maps the company applies to its local and global (Middle East - Dubai) operation. In addition to that, develop products that provide unique business solutions to clients.

I am assigned to consult companies on how to develop strategies and actions towards developing the right culture that sustain organizational culture and engagement at a sustained level. I work with with leaders to assist them develop the right structure, processes and technological platforms.

I co - founded of the company and my position was a managing director. My role goes to strategizing, leading teams, developing business and developing training programs.

E - Within is a consulting firm focusing to alter the way consulting services are designed and delivered in Ethiopia. The company highly invests on research and designing. Our services are consulting, training, research, data analytics and developing interactive strategic documents. The company envisions to work in areas of education and develop pathways to professional development. My role in the company is to equip, empower and inspire. A role I enjoy as I see the power of every individual and innate gift. I work with clients at various levels. I design products (we call our services products as they are designed at that level). I spend most of my time with my teams working through challenges and opportunities. I always try to encourage innovation, creativity and passion for what we do.

As a business communication and youth empowerment leader, I focused on helping my students to develop practical skills that they can use when they go out and join the professional corporate world. I redesigned courses to be interactive, practical and enjoying. I gave field assignments where my students do and report through emails. As a youth empowerment leader, I led my students to do social projects that had impacts. Among the projects, the biggest is the project where one of my student led a project and built a school in Kazanchis known as Yelibe Fana Kindergarten. The project cost about 400,000 birr that was fund raised. The project was led by a young girl named Sara Worku and her number is +251 922 752 993.

Develop the school's management system, Train and Coach teachers on Creative Teaching, Develop Children Development Program (contacted Scout Federation and Get 40 students to be members of International Scout Federation), School Environment Plan and System Development

Lead students' groups that helped them improve their spoken English Language. The program was always held every Saturday from 14hr - 16hr

I stayed at Addis Ababa University for 4 years working for my BA degree in English Education. However, I had to quit on the fourth year when I was left only 3 minor courses due to my passion and personal reasons.
