Definition and introduction of the main policy headlines for 14 libraries in network. Training in network management.

Towards community centers : how to manage library transformation, how to imply the communities. What’s a library today and tomorrow? What meaning? What mission? I especially worked along with the Risskov library, to understand why youngsters joined the DYRK project (GROW! your library project). Observation survey : how the library is used in the “open library” hours (self-service libraries without librarians on the early mornings and the evenings).

Prospective work to imagine the next youth space at the Part-Dieu library : - project management, budget planning, schedule management - how to create innovation - community and team involvment.

Analysis of the whole network of fourteen branch libraries, its management and global policy about readers, services and books. Library users orientation, lending the books and sorting them.

As a professional librarian, I was in charge of the digital library Medic@ and the digital iconographic database : these databases offer royalty free access to 8000 books and 80.000 images in the field of medical science through the ages since the fifteenth century. Standardized practices in order to organize the teamwork and to archive the digital data in the XML format. I was the “missing link” between computer scientists and librarians in charge of selecting, digitalizing or indexing the books.

Carried out the inventory of three rural communities, from prospection and history research to records. Produced presentation to explain to mayors, residents and visitors the aim of this inventory and its results

The purpose of that Master Course is to connect history, human science, heritage and digital means like databases, mapping, computer graphics to find a new perspective.

The main subject I studied was about medieval alpine history. I first conducted research on alpine roads and passes, then on an alpine massif, Belledonne, not far from Grenoble, in the early fourteen century. It was an economic and social study, based on castle and manor bookkeeping.
