• Management of planning, dimensioning and optimization of the Telekom Albania (former AMC) Core Network as well as new services and new technologies implementation • Plan and manage the resources and budget. • Strategy breakdown and implementation • Operational plans preparation and follow-up • Vendors and contracts handling. • Prepare, propose to CTIO and manage the implementation of Core Network Development Strategy in accordance with technology strategy and latest technology developments; • Prepare, propose to CTIO and manage the budget (CAPEX and OPEX) in order to realize the targets set with highest quality and minimum costs; • Manage department activities; report the progress of activities and projects as well as the KPIs to CTIO; • Manage the relations with vendors regarding project implementation, products supply and service delivery. Ensure proper planning, dimensioning of network and services platforms; • Coordinate with other technical departments and cooperate with sales and marketing departments for products and services regarding planning capacities and to fulfill customer expectation and experience. • As focal point of Deutsche Telekom Core Network and Services Community, follow up and coordinate the relevant Domain tasks. • Coordinate the local activities of DT Group Shared Service Centers • Cooperate with OTE and Deutsche Telekom Group for international projects • Coordination and follow-up of international projects implementation in the company;

• Management of implementation, maintenance and operation of AMC network: Core, Radio Access and Transmission (MSC/HLR/PBX/BSC/MW) as well as facilities (Sites, Towers, Electromechanical, PSGs, Inverters, Batteries) • Manage the respective DevOps teams. • Plan the budget and follow up its realization • Manage vendors and outsource activities through SLA-s. • Report to CTO on operation of network and KPIs. • Organize the work of department to provide 24/7 services and operation of network. • Maintain the network availability and performance KPI-s at the predefined targets. • Coordinate with Cosmote Greece respective teams for common O&M activities and synergy projects

• Management of the DevOps teams dealing with: o Planning, implementation, operation and maintenance of core platforms: MSC-s, HLR-s, BSC-s, TCSM-s, PBX. o Fault and alarms management o 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting • Interconnection and roaming implementation (configuration and tests) • Quality indicators follow-up and reporting

Management of the DevOps team dealing with: • Planning, implementation, operation and maintenance of Base Support Subsystem (BSC-s, BTS-s, TCSM-s). • QoS follow up and report. • Alarms monitoring/handling • Fault management • 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting

• Implementation, operation and maintenance of Base Support Subsystem (BSC-s and BTS-s) and OSS. • Alarms monitoring/handling • Fault management • New sites configuration and deployment • 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting
