I had a great experience in the past 4 months working as an application developer. As a part of chatbot developing team, I have learned some new technology like Haptik which provides chatbot assistance services to the business, Building chatbot, Postman for API testing, Chatbot testing.I have built chatbots for some reputable Home appliance company and postal services company For Home appliance company, I've worked on a product discovery POC that requires knowledge of Postman, bot building, and API integration. The bot will return the result as a Havells product where users specify the product's features in the bot search. For Postal service company, we developed chatbots for three different platforms web, WhatsApp, and Facebook. The chatbot serves the purpose of an agent which helps the customers with their different queries and if the bot was unable to solve the customer queries the bot will handover the conversation to an agent.
