• Understanding customer requirements and programming customer-specific test sequences in the database after clarification. • Analyse results/failures, write test reports, process instructions, train customers • Create a Residual Bus Simulation (RBS) with CRC calculation according to the appropriate message catalogue. • Specify and integrate the hardware and software of battery test benches for HV battery packs, battery modules and cells. • Perform performance tests on HV electrical energy storage devices such as energy and current carrying capacity tests, audit tests, endurance runs, WLTP driving profile, etc. and functional tests such as balancing, insulation tests, etc. and communication with the control unit. • Installation & commissioning of battery test benches including peripheral equipment such as VES (Vehicle Energy System/Battery Simulator), climate chamber, cooling units, WCU, measurement trolley for audit, end-of-line.

• Create New and further development, optimization and automation of internal operational reports or reporting tools from existing system databases using VBA Coding, VBScripts, Python • Conceptualize and implement tailor-made databases with MS Access • Create and analyse ad-hoc reports and Prepare Causal-Analysis/ Dashboards in coordination with superiors and departments concerned • Monitor reports, data structures, VBA/Python Codes and automation Scripts across departments • Ensure Error prevention through Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) • Achievement: Attained Average Time-savings up to 75% in ongoing projects through Automation.
