• Working with the Android Team responsible for building Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack Mobile App. • Built a Native Rewards Dashboard in the app to let the most valued customers know of their perks and status resulting in a 6.38% boost in add-to-bag rate and a 7.42% boost in conversion rate at 99% CI. • Built UI for onboarding the notifications service to the users that informs them of the new arrivals of their selected brands. The service currently has 135k subscriptions and is attributed to 60k new orders from the Android app YTD with an open rate of about 13% for the Rack Application. • Built UI for onboarding to the Address Suggestion Service which lets signed-in users of the app save multiple addresses in the Address Book responsible for a +17% conversion rate. • Migrated the Android app to onboard to Google Analytics 4 platform, the conversion actions led to the sale of $6.2M in Android app for the period of Anniversary sale (07/15/2024 – 08/04/2024). • Built UI in the Purchase History section of the app for company-wide efforts to sell items sold by third-party sellers on the Nordstrom app leading to an EBIT Impact of $1M YTD 2024. • Actively working on transitioning the code base and shipping out new features using Jetpack Compose. • Actively participated and led the on-call process for the Android team.

• Recipient of full tuition waiver as a Graduate Assistant, working for Student Affairs Tech Division at UIC. • Created and maintained a web app for opting in and out of UIC Student U-Pass, an optional pass made by the Chicago Transit Authority for students commuting in Chicago, accessible to the entire university consisting of approximately 29,000 students. • Created, developed, and maintained new features for a web app for managing leaves for Student Affairs Division, affecting over 600+ employees. • Developing new features for the Patron counter system, a web app used by students at UIC to check the availability of various public facilities provided by UIC.

• Working with the Android Team solely responsible for the Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack application used by 300k unique users every month. Every change made in the application deployed to the Production. • Added “Ship to Store” functionality to the application enabling users to select a store to ship the order for pickup instead of shipping to the user-specified address. • Retained the state of fragments for the bottom navigation of the application resulting in a more responsive UI. • Worked on improving the structure of existing UI which left extra white spaces in different parts of the application. • Reported user behavior when using the application and sent the findings to New Relic.

Full stack development Intern. • Created a Proof of concept for creating a new Project Management System for LTI. • Redesigned UI with the help of HTML5, CSS3, and bootstrap. Performed data binding using Angular. Used C# as backend and Microsoft MySQL server as the database.
