• Retail Automation and RFID Solutions integration and Projects management • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. • Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects. • Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators. • Key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system. • Provide technical expertise in terms of software development, functionality, performance and technological tradeoffs. • Manage software system development and integration projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support. • Delegate tasks/responsibilities to appropriate personnel and Track deliverables with appropriate tools. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.

• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. • Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project. • Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. • Performs code reviews and mentors developers. • Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule. • Recruiting, hiring, and coordinating the training for all project personnel. • Gets involved in development with the team members and take the responsibility for all the challenging tasks and Ensures technical teams are contributing to the project development. • Development, testing, Implementation, Support
