In charge of everyday operations of the Engineering team which supports an annual 60 million dollar product line . • Leading a team of engineers and responsible for strategic planning and implementation of the new product development process. • Design optimization and sustenance of the Fluid End Expendable product line. • Leading the implementation of workflow solutions to achieve intra departmental transactional excellence. • Accountable for leading engineering support to the manufacturing and production departments and technical support to customers the world over.

Prior to accepting the top engineering role in my company, I was in charge of maintaining and expanding the Centrifugal Pump product line and led technical support on the said product line all around the world. In addition, I lead the PDM Enterprise solution implementation for the engineering department resulting in improved data visibility and integrity. Served as the administrator for the PDM Enterprise software for the division.

Developed 4 design configurations for the Centrifugal Pump Product line and oversaw all aspects of its product development and launch. Designed and implemented a Centrifugal Pump Performance Test laboratory.

Responsibilities comprised of Design of Vertical Centrifugal pump trains for Johnston Pump Company, field service and manufacturing support. The Design aspect of the job requires detailed drafting, designing and analyzing various pressure containing and hydraulic components comprising a pump train. The analysis side of the job requires performing Rotordynamic Analysis (Lateral & Torsional analyses), Seismic Analysis, Frequency and Structural Analysis etc.

Worked on the feasibility and design of a completely automated, offshore drilling rig. Responsibilities included research, designing, drafting and marketing the product through presentations.
