- Drive full cycle recruitment process and successful closing of vacancies; - Search, select and headhunt candidates for technical, data science, marketing positions in Ukraine; - Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements; - Build relationships with clients; - Maintain and update candidate database; - Provide statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Managed full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience - Searched, selected and headhunted candidates for technical, data science, design, sales, marketing and admin positions both in Ukraine and in the USA/EU - Conducted HR interviews to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements - Created job descriptions, worked on optimization of recruiting processes and practices - Participated in employer branding events - Was responsible for cooperation with external recruiters and recruitment agencies Additional: - Organized and managed internal company events

Project job - Gave 5 presentations about FLEX program; - Organized and tested around 800 FLEX program applicants; - Interviewed around 150 FLEX program applicants; - Conducted 3 meetings with parents of FLEX participants; - Coordinated program logistics, prepared statistics and reports.

- Opened and coached 7 local chapters; - Recruited more than 40 young people in result of recruitment trips throughout Ukraine; - Prepared and presented 20 educational sessions for 100 top management members of AISEC Ukraine; - Designed conference to support organizational development; - Team member experience with 10 members of 4 different nationalities; - Organized 6 weeks social projects with 32 international volunteers.

- Delivered group and individual English lessons to children, teenagers and adults of different level (A1-C1); - Organized and delivered 6 Games Clubs; - Organized presentations of the school on the external events.
