- Sourcing and onboarding new international suppliers in the fresh produce (fruits & vegetables), dried fruits, and pickles categories to diversify the product portfolio - Leading negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions to ensure competitive advantages - Performing comprehensive landed cost calculations, including freight, duties, and full customs clearance procedures within Ukraine - Managing the end-to-end contracting process, from initial terms to the final execution of international supply agreements - Overseeing full documentary support for orders, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and international trade standards - Managing quality claims and disputes (reclamations), conducting thorough analysis to protect the company’s interests and improve supplier performance

- Identifying and reaching out to new international clients to expand the company’s global presence. - Leading negotiations and building long-term partnerships with foreign customers. - Supporting both international and Ukrainian clients with high-quality account management and communication. - Coordinating the preparation, processing, and fulfillment of orders, including export documentation and shipping arrangements. - Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of finished products in compliance with customer expectations and international trade standards.

- Developing and implementing communication strategies to promote projects and initiatives - Managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms - Engaging and mobilizing volunteers to support project activities - Creating, curating, and publishing content for social media channels (SMM) - Preparing detailed project reports and performance summaries
