Processing requests and maintaining the client database. Resolving client issues – changes, cancellations, complaints, or rescheduling. Preparing reports – financial and sales performance reports. Communicating with partners – hotels, airlines, and tour operators. Promoting travel offers – participating in marketing campaigns and managing social media.
