As Director of Consulting Delivery for Oracle Restaurants in EMEA, I lead a team of 60 F&B technology professionals, supported by 88 specialists. The team spans 20+ countries and supports some of the world’s most recognized restaurants, hotels, cruise ships, stadiums, and casinos. We provide end to end consulting services, from cloud POS implementations and restaurants hardware installations to menu management, store migrations, and post launch support, helping clients strengthen operations and enhance the end-consumer experience. With over a decade in technology consulting and cloud solutions, I have held roles in presales, revenue management, program oversight, and large scale delivery. These experiences reinforced a principle that guides my work: always put the customer first. I am focussed on building high-performing teams in multicultural environments, helping clients stay ahead in a competitive and dynamic market.
