Sofia Mabee

Sofia is a partner at Summit Law Group where she represents public and private entities in labor negotiations, grievance and interest arbitrations, unfair labor practice complaints, and litigation involving labor and employment law. Formerly, Sofia worked as an Assistant City Attorney in Yakima, Washington. Today, she draws on her past experience as a municipal attorney to provide a unique perspective to the advantage of public sector clients. Sofia is a regular speaker at industry conferences, continuing legal education programs, and client training programs concerning a variety of labor and employment law topics. For example, she has spoken at conferences held by the Association of Washington Cites Labor Relations Institute, the Washington Public Records Officer Association, the Washington Public Employment Labor Relations Association, the National Business Institute, the Labor and Employment Relations Association, and the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association.
