I develop and manage content that highlights initiatives connecting talented Peruvians abroad with leading companies in Peru. My work supports the organization’s mission to foster professional reintegration and strengthen the country’s innovation ecosystem through global collaboration.

Founder of Scienelle, a youth-led NGO that empowers girls in natural sciences through mentorship, workshops, and community projects. I oversee strategy, partnerships, and program development to foster a supportive network of young female scientists. I also lead communications, community engagement, and capacity-building initiatives. My role focuses on creating long-term impact and building a sustainable platform for young women in STEM.

Assisted the national leadership team during a crucial reactivation phase of Girl Up Perú. Helped relaunch educational initiatives, re-engage local clubs, and design strategic plans to strengthen the organization’s impact. Collaborated with young leaders to advance gender equality and youth empowerment nationwide.

Selected participant of the 12-month program designed to strengthen my leadership, purpose, and personal well-being. Developing a portfolio of educational initiatives aimed at positively impacting my school community and contributing to the transformation of the educational system.

Through an immersive coding program in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I learned to write clean, accessible code and design user-centered interfaces, collaborating remotely with a diverse team that refined my communication and problem-solving abilities.

Selected to join the AFS Global STEM Accelerators, a fully funded 12-week virtual exchange program focused on STEM, global competence, and social impact. Collaborated with an international cohort of young women to explore solutions to global challenges through the lens of sustainability and innovation. Earned the Advanced Certificate on Global Competence for Social Impact from AFS and the University of Pennsylvania

Selected as 1 of 40 campers at the Latin American Leadership Academy, a highly selective leadership program that brings together young changemakers from across Latin America to develop skills in social impact, critical thinking, and collaborative leadership.

Selected to participate in the Student Voice Accelerator Program by Teach For All, an international initiative that empowers students from across the globe to strengthen their leadership, amplify their voices, and drive positive change in their communities and education systems.
