• Monitoring payments traffic 24/7, handling emergency alert; • Creating and supporting dashboards of payment traffic; • Supporting payment methods on the website; • Communicating with providers and other teams for investigating and solving incidents; • Problem-solving with traffic issues about payment system according to escalation policy; • Responding for the incidents with payments traffic according to SLA; • Ad-hoc project's tasks according to business needs.

- Receiving and processing requests from payers (phone, chat, email); - Interaction with merchants on current issues of the service; - Consulting new merchants on cooperation and integration issues; - Checking projects for compliance with the requirements of the PS, RYC - verification; - Assigning tasks to others departments, monitoring the timely implementation; - Internship and training of new employees of the department.
