Currently leading end-to-end campus hiring for Accenture Strategy & Consulting across India, in close partnership with business and HR leadership. I manage a 15-member team and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from strategic planning and campus engagement to onboarding across 30+ premier engineering and business schools. My role also spans employer branding through national-level engagement programs, driving culture-building initiatives, enhancing learning and onboarding experiences, ensuring compliance excellence, and leading central initiatives such as recruitment process optimization and the transition to Workday.

Led campus recruitment for key capability groups such as India Market Unit, Data & AI & Corporate Functions. Built strong partnerships with institutes and internal stakeholders to create a seamless hiring experience while aligning hiring outcomes with business needs.

Worked as part of the Executive Hiring team, managing niche and leadership-level roles across markets. Successfully handled high-touch candidate journeys and built trusted relationships with business stakeholders. I also drove cross-entity & cross-country executive transitions, contributed to candidate experience improvements, and co-led the creation of an offered-candidate engagement portal. This phase of my journey shaped my foundation in stakeholder management, process thinking, and high-impact recruiting.

I have received this certification as part of an HR Academy Program sponsored by Accenture in collaboration with XLRI where I got the chance to learn from the prestigious college while also working with Accenture as a Recruiter.
