Raymond Group Led large-scale Aon Hewitt job evaluations and KRA reviews, driving clarity in role architecture and SMART goal alignment. MARC – Research & Analytics Firm Audited HR practices, benchmarked policies, and created IDPs and 9+ HR policies aligned with industry best standards. The Open Tree Foundation Managed end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and policy/process creation. Rozana E-commerce Company Developed a competency and values framework and led PMS design, including KPI/KRA audits and training deck creation. Bluestar Company Conducted Hay Method job evaluations for 35 roles and refined structures to ensure accurate ratings and internal equity. Currently working on two projects one with a US based healthcare company having operations in India, also with an engineering company into manufacturing cranes.
