As a Patient Support and Guidance Intern at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, I completed 50 hours under the Patient Guidance Program, where I actively assisted cancer patients throughout their hospital journey. My role involved preparing and updating patient information and follow-up sheets, providing emotional and mental support, and guiding patients through pre- and post-surgical procedures. I interacted directly with patients to understand their concerns, helped them feel comfortable, and ensured they reached the correct departments within the hospital. This experience enhanced my communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills while giving me valuable exposure to real-world hospital operations and patient care.

Selected as a Brand Ambassador (Brand Executive) at LaunchEd Global, I represented the organization at the college level by promoting its EdTech programs through on-campus outreach and digital campaigns, driving student engagement and registrations, supporting marketing initiatives and community-building activities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, while also gaining hands-on experience in professional communication and strategic promotion, along with recognition through performance-based incentives, a certificate of appreciation, and a letter of recommendation.
