Sneha is a Chartered Accountant and has over 18 years of experience in handing Financial Services’ clients. She works with Foreign Portfolio Investors such as foreign asset management companies, hedge funds, mutual funds, pension funds, etc. and overseas Private Equity funds investing in India. She assist them on domestic, international tax and regulatory matters including tax litigation. She advises clients in areas of transaction advisory, fund structuring (domestic and international) and corporate tax matters. She has also been working with domestic fund houses and other domestic clients. She advises them on available investment structures, products and also ensures that routine tax compliances are well managed.
