As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at AppMetric Inc, a leading IT solutions provider, I oversee the full-life cycle recruiting and Sales and Recruiting process for various technical and non-technical roles. With a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence, and a BCom in Finance and Accounting Honours from Sai International College of Commerce and Economics, I have a strong background in both business and HR domains. I have also developed expertise in IT networking, which enables me to source, assess, and attract qualified candidates for the IT industry. I have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 7 months as an intern at LEAD School, an innovative education startup.
