Managed campus relations and hiring for OLA Group, including Mobility, Electric, Foods, Cars, and Ola Foundation, under the Ola Care division. • Virtual On-Season Campus Hiring: Hired for all the businesses of Ola (Ola Cars, Ola Foods, Ola Dash, Ola Electric, Ola Cabs, Ola Finance) • Curated pre- and post-engagement activities, visited 20+ Tier 1 campuses to hire 500+ candidates across various roles. • Off-Campus Hiring: Reached out to 500+ campuses (PAN India) to fulfill bulk hiring of 2000+ candidates, executed events (both on campus and virtual) • Piloted the onboarding module for Campus Hires (500+), created a detailed onboarding plan of 3 days for both Engineering and Management Batch • Worked closely with the Compensation and Benefits team to conclude on the salaries offered to the campus across pedigrees, planned a robust and agile recruitment process, and partnered with vendor to run the technical online assessment for engineering students.

• Handled various Job Portals and created talent pipelines for software roles (Front-end, Backend, and Full-Stack Developers). • Planned weekly engagement activities for the team and assisted with the first-level screening of shortlisted candidates.

• Worked extensively on sourcing for healthcare roles and created a talent pipeline based on weekly targets set. • Gained hands-on experience in using job portals such as Naukri, Monster, and Quickr.

• Obtained valuable experience in understanding the operations and business models of Big Basket, BB daily, and BB Instant. • Visited warehouses, and dark stores, and interacted with key resource people to identify key problem areas and gained meaningful insights into the business and its departments.
