Directly responsible for the management and development of McCain Foodservice business for East Anglia and Cambridgeshire. Key accountabilities to achieve business growth within this territory are focused on managing local and national distributors throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire to develop incremental business across all actors within this region.

Responsible for the delivery of the development and improvement through business operations and processes by creating a quality improvement culture that encourages the business to identify operational improvement opportunities and benefits. After graduating from University in 2011 I was welcomed into Virgin Media Business Group and began working with the Programmes team to ensure the successful delivery the first phase of the LGFL project. This has been one of the businesses most ambitious Public Sector Network investments to date, transforming the delivery of Publics Services in and around London. Since working on the project I have over-seen the planning and implementation for the delivery of an entire fibre optic infrastructure throughout London, working within a dedicated team to bring to life an unrivalled blueprint for up to 2,500 primary and secondary schools across London, transforming the way education is delivered. My role was highly customer focused and involved a considerable level of on-the-spot problem solving and organisation. I was responsible for building and maintaining the service relationship with key business customers and to provide a co-ordination point for all other departments during the provision and delivery process, acting as Customer Champion throughout.
