Execution Lead for Site Preparation and Hook-up of the Drilling Operations Program (2023-ongoing) - Designed the work program for site preparation and hook-up activities associated with at least 40-well drilling campaign using 7 drilling rigs across five geothermal sites - Streamlined procurement processes (services and materials) and contracting strategies to support multiple site preparation and hook-up activities - Streamlined engineering design processes to enable multiple pad development and hook-up projects - Collaborated with internal stakeholders towards the readiness of the new drilling pads from engineering design, acquisition of regulatory permits and right of way, contracting strategy until construction Execution Lead for FCRS (Steam field) Apollo Optimization Program resulting in 73MW of generation recovery (2018-2019) - Spearheaded 38MW of generation uplift through timely conversion of production wells to low pressure operations, as supported by reservoir performance, thus facilitating their sustained production and improved reliability - Spearheaded 15MW of generation recovery by engineering two-phase line and steam line debottlenecking projects - Spearheaded 18MW generation recovery through steam wastage elimination activities including insulation and steam trap improvements Program Lead for Leyte Steam Exchange with combined generation uplift of 57MW from steam field and power plant upgrades (2019-2022) - Steam Exchange delivered 46MW of generation uplift through fit-for-pressure steam delivery of production wells to appropriate power plants, unlocking potential generation through conversion to low pressure operations resulting in sustained production and improved well reliability of targeted marginal wells. - GRS retrofit delivered 11MW of performance improvement through the upgrading of the existing gas removal system from steam jet ejector to a hybrid set-up (LRVP)

Production Planner: - Prepared the Weekly Generation Forecast and Annual Generation projections for Unified Leyte. - Optimized Unified Leyte MW Generation incorporating market demand, steam availability and transport, plant dependable capacities and maintenance activities. Process Engineer: - Created geothermal power plant models to monitor and improve process efficiency on steam turbines, condenser vacuum, gas removal systems and cooling towers - Provided Basis of Design, Process Flow Diagram, and Business Case for steamfield process-related improvements - Evaluate technical designs for process-related projects

Assigned to the collection, segregation and disposal of chemical wastes. Facilitates the Chemical Exchange Program of the Institute. Facilitates the compliances for PDEA and PNP licenses of the Institute Submits Quarterly Self-Monitoring Report of the hazardous waste generation to the DENR-EMB. Handles chemical safety seminars and laboratory inspections.
