As the Lead Specialist for AMDOCS INFRA Operations and DB Administration, I was responsible for configuring, administering, monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing all components of the BSS Linux cluster. My role included the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the Middlelayer level in BSS systems. I developed, tested, and maintained interfaces between various IS components, internally developed functionalities, and the Billing system. Additionally, I analyzed complex processes and automated them to ensure more efficient business operations.

In my role as the Lead Specialist for INFRA Operations, I was responsible for the maintenance and administration of the Billing system, which included monitoring, configuration, and optimization. I developed and tested new software solutions for the Billing system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance. My duties also involved providing support to software development specialists, user administration, and collaborating with vendors to test, implement, and integrate new system versions. Additionally, I prepared test environments and test data, and focused on automating Linux processes and maintaining the BSS Linux cluster to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

During my tenure at Electromagum, I specialized in performing advanced TIER 3 repairs on computer equipment, focusing on intricate electronics at the component level. I addressed complex issues using tools such as BGA stations, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers. Our pioneering work included servicing logic digital boards, conducting processor replacements, and implementing advanced technologies like embedded systems and EEPROM cryptography. I excelled in independently diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, ensuring precise calibration and functionality.
