Duties & Responsibilities: Controller of company performance related to Financial Performance, Tax, Budgeting, Analytical, and Business Performance & New Business Development (PM). Directly report and support the CEO in running the business. Achievement: a) create a new template system (from scratch) for budget control which makes it easier for management to control. b) increase involvement and awareness of each dept to create and control their budget. c) cost saving of more than 50% for SEA region operational by having one program for Medical Emergency. d) take the lead in product enhancement for company portfolio ETPA. e) successfully push up management to take more control in keeping sales achievement.

Duties & Responsibilities: Control Finance Operations & Cash Flow, Accounting & Reporting, Tax (compliance, Audit & TP Doc), Cost Control/Analytical (Manufacturing Report) Budgeting, External Audit and Responsible for IT operations as well. Achievement: a) manage sub-ordinate workload and workflow by creating & revising SOP and job description b) speed up manufacturing report (more than a week) by establishing cost control flow within the internal team (new template). c) Manage Tax Planning and do tax diagnoses by creating procedures and controls in operations that have tax exposure

Duties & Responsibilities: Control Financial Reporting, Cash Flow, Control Budget & Forecast, Tax Control (Dealing with the Indonesia Tax Officer for tax restitution and other TAX AUDIT) & Dealing with External Auditor and another ad hoc report to HQ Japan Achievement: a) create a new template system for budget control which makes it easier for management to control. b) creating tax dispute control.

Performance Evaluation Holding & 14 Subsidiaries Entity all around Indonesia, Supervise & Support External Audit for all Subsidiaries Entity.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Review & Control Financial Reports for 6 Companies. • Review & Control Tax Report (vat, wht art 21, 23, 4(2) 25) as well as Corporate Income Tax and Dealing with Government Tax Officer. • Control Package Site Report Project Report (New Company) & Plasma Report • Funding - Report Control for Project Investment both for Company dan Bank • Dealing with & Review External Audit Reports. • Handling Project Report for New Plantation Software Project. • Support and prepare various data and reports needed by management on an ad hoc basis Achievement: a) manage sub-ordinate workload and workflow by creating & revising SOP and job description, b) setting up new site control of assets (fixed asset & inventory), c) building team by regular training admin staff along with KTU. d) success in handling a migration system.

Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for Financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit Loss Statement, Balance Notes, COGS/COGM, Mill Performance/Budget Control, Control & Reconcile A/P, Control Inventory, Asset Control, Checking Calculation & Salary Payment, Control Cash & Bank, Land Compensation Payment, Intercompany Payable balance, and other account control (general ledger), including Tax calculation (VAT, WHT art 21, 23, 4(2), Analyzed of RKB and PDO & Supervised KTU. Achievement: Setting up a new project Financial Report. Improve team site financial control, set up SOP, speed up and maintain performance reports (budgeting) up to 4 days.
