This encompassed the onboarding and scheduling of 900 new hires into tailored training programs to prepare them for their respective roles. • Synchronised the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they aligned with Health & Safety regulations and BMA requirements to ensure compliance and safety throughout the training. • Conducted thorough needs assessments to identify performance gaps and crafted precise learning solutions to address them effectively. • Successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding program to streamline the integration of new employees. • Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating training schedules across various sites, working closely with supervisors and managers to optimize training initiatives for enhanced workforce development. Once the project was finished, I moved to a FIFO role at Caval Ridge Mine when the mine phased into operations.

Completed Certificate III in Buisness Commerce through a traineeship program whilst working full time with BHP at Goonyella Riverside and Peak Downs mine in the Training & Development Team. Worked with key stakeholders to identify and support training across the various teams on site. Ensure all training is completed and compliant with legislation. Supported the new training material roll out for BMA. Awarded Trainee Shine Winner, November 2012 that recognises trainees who display behaviours that are consistent with MRAEL's high performance culture and rewards outstanding achievements. Winners must receive highly positive feedback from their direct supervisor and achieve at least two outstanding Performance Appraisals successfully.

Due to my performance in the Trainee Administrator Role at Goonyella Riverside Mine, I was selected for the backfill one of the Training and Development Administrator within the BMA Training and Development Support Team. My responsibilities encompassed the administration, scheduling, and coordination of training and development initiatives spanning multiple BMA Sites, including Goonyella Riverside, Broadmeadow, Peak Downs, Saraji, Gregory Crinum, Blackwater, Hay Point, Central Queensland Office, and Brisbane.
