Oversee daily operations of the venue and play an active role in operational decision making. Completion of administration tasks (sales reports, rotas, stock management etc). Deputising in absence of General Manager. In this role I lead from the front, actively participating in service across all areas of the complex venue, coaching and developing the team to improve quality of service and productivity.

Joined the team as Duty Manager and quickly made operational adjustments using my knowledge of the industry which increased staff efficiency. I also utilized my previous experience with Access systems to coach management team and staff in their transition to new systems.

Part of the opening team for the brand new London site for Paradox Museum. I utilized my skills in guest engagement to ensure an incredible experience for all visitors and provide operational optimization and support to the management team which allowed me to progress from Guest Experience Assistant to Guest Experience Manager. I left the role so soon to focus on my career trajectory in the Competitive Socialising industry

I served on the Board of Four Pillars UK as a Trustee and Secretary, I stepped down from the role to become the Support + Development Worker.
