Managing the state team of 15 members. leading the micro nutrient programs in 27 districts and providing technical support to Government of Chhattisgarh on Adoloescent anemia, maternal nutrition and Vitamin A programs. taken the lead to sign MOU between organization and Department of Health & WCD, Government of Chhattisgarh . Managing the institutional partner to implement the adolescent anemia programs in Chhattisgarh. managing the state budget to run the programs

Manage the community programs and supervise two zones of 10 high priority districts of UP, India to improve maternal,newborn,child health services outcomes. Supervise two zonal teams under community programs, manage the budget for community programs , designs the pilot project on MNCHN and present it with NHM for scale up. Developed micro plan model on ANC care to scale up in all 25 HPDs

Manage the health and nutrition portfolio at state offices for the organization, represents the organization at different state/national platform to establish the concept in government programs , manage the state budget under health and nutrition programs, oversees the implementation of projects in pilot district and supports technically state government to scale up in state. technically supports state nutrition mission, Jharkhand on communication strategy

• Lead the designing and implementation of projects on Nutrition, Child Survival and WASH in the state of Jharkhand. • In line with the health & Nutrition and WASH strategy of Save the Children India, support implementation of child survival focused interventions in the high priority districts of Jharkhand. • Provide technical and Managerial support to the NGO partners and state team for effective implementation of the activities. • Identify and coordinate with important stakeholders at the State level for project advocacy and seek their advice and support for improving programme performance. • Organize state and district level consultations/ meeting on child health and nutrition & WASH agenda to higher priority. • Liaise and line mange the partners and their staffs to enhance their capacity by providing training, technical support and regular monitoring visits to the project areas. • Holds self accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving and role modelling Save the Children values • Lead all project related activities, conceptualise new project/ programme and prepare write up for mobilising resources in line with organisation’s strategy. • Develop resource document, lead selection of potential partner organisations, ensure quality disbursals, develop strategic linkages with Govt. Departments, resource agencies, Networks, Media and other INGO’s working on similar projects.

• Provide technical assistance in Routine Immunization, IMNCI, Nutrition and other interventions. • Support the Strengthening of Routine Immunization activities and nutrition component for child Survival • Implementation of NSSK training • Focus on implementation and reporting of IMNCI at the district level • Monitoring and supervision of the Sick new born care units, Stabilization units and the New born corners. • Operationalization of the training of the SCNU staff on the up gradation of skills • Prepare a district-wise annual status report on child health, analyze regional and inter-district variations and suggest appropriate measures.

• Lead in supporting the implementation of the component on human resource management in Odisha Health Sector Nutrition Plan • Supporting in designing of operational research on Ayush doctors performance in National Rural Health Mission, effectiveness of performances of doctors verses incentives to them, Operational research on healthcare workforce in the state, Research on intersectoral coordination among frontline health workers • Lead in organizing workshop on different issues of health workforce in health system • Preparing state annual activity report on different issues of health workforce and achievement of different health programme • Lead in development of TOR of state research and ethical committee • Supporting in restructuring of medical doctors in health system • Supporting in development of public health cadre in health system • Supporting in monitoring and evaluation of epidemic out break with IDSP cell along with national team

• Providing technical support to DPMU, Nuapada to strengthen NRHM initiative like ASHA, GKS, RKS, JSY and PRI involvement in village health and nutrition planning. • Providing technical support to district ASHA coordinator for developing training plan for ASHA in the district. • Monitoring closely community level implementation of NRHM to learn and prepare feedbacks for effective management. • Closely work with block level facilitators for effective implementation of community interventions • Providing support to district NRHM in preparing PIP for the district • Organizing and participates in training, workshop, seminar, NGOs meet. etc. under capacity building intervention and produce progress report on quarterly basis
