-Supervise daily warehouse and last-mile delivery operations, coordinating DSPs to ensure compliance and delivery accuracy. -Monitor performance metrics, lead quality control, and implement process improvements. -Manage fleet resources, budgets, and regional KPIs across multiple zones. -Train and onboard DSPs through bilingual (English/Chinese) programs to enhance service quality and efficiency.

-Supported the Design School's Community Care research initiative to improve student services and support systems. -Conducted benchmarking studies on peer institutions to provide recommendations for new program development. -Collaborated closely with the Director of The Design School and the Manager of Student Services for Success. -Collected, analyzed, and presented student needs data to inform strategic planning and program design.

-Assisted in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and small businesses. -Verified financial data accuracy and provided support for state and federal filings.
