I have done billing for a small company, and I am familiar with the relationship between accounts receivable and accounts payable and balances. I currently work as a front desk in a clinic. I have to deal with countless phone calls and documents during the weekend. At the busiest time, six patients call at the same time. Although tedious and hectic, I can handle it well. Working under this pressure has made me very good at scheduling and problem-solving. At the same time, we can always maintain a friendly and patient attitude to communicate with each patient. In my spare time, I like to think and summarize my every day. Make adjustments and plans for the next day and the week ahead. Also, I will work out to relieve stress.
