Prepare cost comparisons sourcing recommendations procurement reports and business cases to support management decision making. Support import and export procurement activities including freight sourcing logistics coordination and transportation benchmarking. Manage supplier onboarding due diligence compliance documentation and vendor master data. Ensure compliance with procurement policies audit requirements and company governance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on procurement efficiency supplier performance and process optimisation. Contribute towards achieving procurement KPIs cost savings targets and working capital improvement objectives.

Drive day-to-day procurement activities across general and non-production spend categories. Process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders in line with procurement policies and approval matrices. Obtain and analyse supplier quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and value for money. Engage with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules. Create, update, and manage purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely release. Follow up on order confirmations and deliveries to ensure continuity of supply. Resolve invoice, pricing, and quantity discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and Finance. Maintain and update supplier master data and procurement records in SAP. Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, governance requirements, and audit standards. Support supplier onboarding and documentation, including compliance and due diligence checks. Assist with cost control initiatives and basic spend analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Finance, Logistics) to meet procurement needs. Maintain accurate and auditable procurement documentation. Support inventory availability by monitoring order status and escalating risks timeously. Provide procurement administrative and reporting support to senior buyers and category managers. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective deadline management, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
