 Develop and maintain detailed project plans and baseline schedules for mechanical integrity services.  Coordinate with project managers, project coordinators, and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and constraints.  Plan, forecast, and optimize manpower and resource requirements to support timely project execution.  Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify risks, delays, and resource gaps.  Propose and implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule slippages and operational issues.  Prepare short-term look-ahead schedules and long-term master schedules using Primavera P6.  Act as the focal point for manpower planning, mobilization, and issue resolution.  Track daily manpower movements in coordination with site teams and project coordinators.  Provide regular progress reports and operational updates to management and stakeholders.

• Focal point for onboarding and exit management of the employee, liaison with HR. • Maintain the master record and training, medical certificates of employees • Processing and maintaining valid onshore/offshore medical, trainings, security passes (CICPA), internal inductions of employees. • Processing/Renewal of offshore optima through ADNOC SEATS portals. • Managing and maintaining expiries of LOA for security pass (CICPA). • Management of PPE issuance, stock maintenance, forecast and procurement. • Preparation of timesheets and payroll of the employees. • Maintain leave application process. • Maintain legalization of employee in liaison with HR. • Preparation of CVs in company format. • Support operations through work force planning and data management. • Development of report structures and contact reports. • Preparations of purchase requisition (PR) in D365 software. • Maintaining data records 3T software. • Preparation/Renewal of port passes (all Abu Dhabi ports).
