Initially appointed as a SHEQ Specialist under Dwalalam Projects, providing safety, health, environment, and quality management services for BipTel projects. Due to consistent performance, leadership in risk management, and value-added contributions to operational compliance, I was formally offered a permanent position within BipTel’s internal SHEQ team. In my current role, I continue to drive SHEQ strategies, site audits, legal compliance, and contractor management, now as a direct contributor to BipTel’s operational excellence and safety culture.
