Core Responsibilities • Receiving Pre contract documents from client or consultant and understanding the nature of work. • Preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties (Design, Procurement and Finance), assist in costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items. • Quotation based rate analyzing with Sub contractors & Suppliers. • Evaluating and negotiating the Sub-contractor claims & variation. • Preparing comparison report for the Quotation. • Preparation and submission of variations and agreeing with Clients / Consultants. • Tender Submission. • Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity • Preparing value engineering proposals. • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements • Attend commercial & contractual meeting with client representatives/ consultant

• Take off Quantities • Preparing Monthly Payment Application. • Quantification of Variations as per IFC Drawings with the help of RFI & Engineering Instructions. • Certify Sub contractor's Payment Invoice and Coordinate with Sub Contractors • Attend the Site Progress Meeting. • Preparing Daily Progress Report (DPR) & Daily • Responsible for Making Bar Bending • Review and Approve Sub-contractors Work and Payments Based on Actual Work-done through Valuation and Measurement. • Carry out Materials Quantity Take-off from the Design Drawings. • Analyze Progressed Work, Measurements and Value the Actual work Done at Site.
