Headed a team of ten credit analysts at a big Branch of the Bank. Was incharge of assessing the credit needs of medium and large Corporate Clients. The role included ensuring high quality credit appraisal standards, indepth assessment of the credit needs including KYC/EDD of small and medium enterprises, Corporates (both Public Limited and Private Limited companies), submission and presentation of the proposals to various committees, wherein the members were top executives of the Bank and obtaining approval.

As Credit Analyst, was actively involved in the appraisal of credit proposals for various credit committees in the Bank. The role included in depth analysis of the KYC/EDD of the customer of both Corporate and Non Corporate customers, their financials, preparation of risk rating analysis, credit proposal for approval by various credit committees comprising of top management of the Bank.

As desk officer at Zonal Office, was incharge for monitoring/scrutiny of advances granted by around 50 branches in the Region comprising of corporate, non corporate, agriculture and retail customers. The role included putting up for control, the control forms submitted by the Branches for compliance with Bank's lending policy, Central Bank's lending policy and compilation of various returns.

Worked in two major branches of the Bank, located predominantly in an industrial area. Was incharge of taking care of the entire credit needs of small and medium enterprises, both Corporate/Non Corporate customers. The role included KYC/EDD on the customer, appraisal of credit proposals for approval, documentation and follow up of advances.

Successfully, headed a rural branch by doubling the deposits, advances and profit figures. Won many laurels during the tenure including three efficiently run ratings from the Bank's Inspection team. Chosen for the best rural branch award from that area. The Branch deposit and loan portfolio comprised of retail customers, agricultural customers, corporate and non corporate customers.

Client Specialist and a crucial link between the customers and the Bank, providing end to end service to high value corporate customers. Role includes leveraging mutually beneficial customer relationships by formulating strategies to achieve Bank's business targets through marketing and business development, ensuring credit quality, appraisal and assessment of credit needs, monitoring, supervision and follow up, ensuring customer care and service using various delivery platforms and quick resolution of service related issues. Activities include managing a team of professionals engaged in appraising credit needs, documentation, maintenance and follow up of high value advances.
