Sourcing & Procurement Landscape: Responsibility of conduct the RFx Process and Supplier relationships for a Product / service or element of a category apart from the usual RFx activities. Accountability of conducting the process of RFI, RFP,RFQ & RFB.Preparation of proposals, conducting contract negotiations, and administration of commercial contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, customer requirements, and sound business judgment. Review and analysis of contract documents to determine contractual obligations. Preparation the financial analysis of tenders, post-contract Measurement and commercial issues with claims. Understand strategies for assigned commodities & pro actively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectives. Analyze and track Supplier promise date accuracy and develop reports to ensure Supplier promise date accuracy. Develop and maintain vendor relationships and manage relationship with stakeholders • Negotiate appropriate commercial and contractual arrangements with suppliers • Ability to provide prompt reply to queries regarding contractual documents. • Approaching market and find out demanding vendors frequently. Vendor & Contractor Development : Responsible for developing Vendors with alternative materials and spares of lower cost and comparable quality which suits the purpose and are economical. • Implementing key purchase / procurement strategies, contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with projects’ requirements. • Ability to develop, negotiate and implement commercial contracts. • Skilful in building relations with Vendors & Service Providers; sorting out critical problem areas and delivering on internal customer commitments. • An effective communicator with strong analytical / logical skills and ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.

AHU Selection using AIRWARE Software. Visiting the ongoing VRF installed project and verify the design requirement • Make sure the design outputs are met with the Project requirements. • After receipt of the technical specification and Architectural drawing from Client, review the specification and drawing and made out the Project data sheet duly extract the VRF System requirements. • Workout the Heat load calculations duly feed the project data sheet specifications (Using HAP software). • Understanding the Client Architectural layout and Design the VRF System mark out in the hard copy and forward to the drafting team. • Visiting the Ongoing project, validate the VRF piping and ducting routing possibilities.
