* Lead and manage the development of EPC's Transmission, Distribution and Network's long term system plans to meet Distribution and Transmission Performance standards. * Play a critical role in the participation of AUC regulatory requirements (Capital Prudence, COS, PBR, and Capital Tracker filings) for defending the capital portfolio. * Ensure department engagement and alignment with organization's strategic objectives including areas of personal development, compliance, and leadership development. * Develop and lead the strategy and roadmap for Grid Transformation and integration of new technologies in to the electric grid * Lead new initiatives through cross functional teams to enable the grid to enhance customer experience while meeting or exceeding their needs for today and tomorrow. * Direct emerging technology integration such as microgrid, EV, Solar PV, storage and distributed generation to facilitate penetration and adoption while working with key partners in the industry
