Products Development – Wall Paints (Interior & Exterior), Anti-Graffiti Paints, Self-Clean Paints, Heat Insulation Paints, Anti-Mosquito Paints, Ceramic Coatings, Special Effects Paints, Waterproofing & Crack Bridging Membranes for Roof Coatings, Moisture Cure Coatings, Texture Paints (fine, coarse, special effect), Penetrating Sealers and Sprayable Plasters. Plant Design & Start-up – Basic & Detailed Engineering, Budget Preparation, BOM list, Material Sourcing, Erection and Commissioning of the plant | One completed at Roterdam Netherlands of 7.5 million USD project & another at Iran of 3.65 million USD project.

• Fireproofing – Water Based Intumescent Coating, certified by UL & Exova UK up to 4 hours rating with lowest thickness (best in the industry) | Intumescent Wood Coatings (1st in the Market). • Floor Coatings (Epoxy & PU) – Low, Medium & Heavy-Duty Floors | Freezer Floors | Terrazzo Flooring | 3D Flooring | Pour-In-Place EPDM Flooring | Primers & Mortars. • Multi-surface glue which can manage more than 1800 kgs load easily & suitable for repairing jobs under water. • Protective Coatings – PU topcoat as per MPI#72 listed by MPI | WB Epoxy & PU systems for Steel Structures | Multiple Systems for Aramco Specification & Approved in COT Bv Germany. • Can & Coil Coatings – complete systems developed & launched in the market. • Road Markings – WB System as per Federal Specification and certified | MMA based Cold Plastic • Developed water-wipeable tile grouts & joint sealants (Decorative & Special Effects). • Light Weight Epoxy Filler – for joints up to 5cms width & 9 cms depth for construction industry. • PAS (Poly Aspartic Coatings) for steel structures, heavy-duty floors & cold storage rooms. • Keel to Rail Ship Coatings including Anti-Foulings & Cargo Carriers | High Performance Under Water Coatings – can be applied inside water. • Tank Coatings – WRc-NSF certified Epoxy-Polysulfide Flexible Coating for Potable Water Storage | WRAS approved durable epoxy for Potable Water | Shell approved system for Chemicals Storage & Cargo Carriers. • Through Process Engineering, identified unused capacity of 35% in industrial plant, which helped management to drop the plan of investing for new production unit. • Designed and established commissioning of new $1.5 million Intumescent R&D Laboratory. • Involved setting up a plant at Egypt (layout planing, process design, equipment design, utility sizing, capacity and cost per ltr workout etc.,) • Technical Head for Jazeera’s new business segment (“Petrolchem SA’ to manufacture Lubricants, Drilling Fluids etc. for Saudi Aramco).

• Process Commissioning and Scale-up of new plant at Hosur – Overseen from conceptual stage to production start up. Equipment design, process design, commissioning and product standardisation. • Recruited 68 production staffs (Officers, Sr. Officers & Executives) and trained them to handle new plant. • Scaled-up & Standardized more than 750 formulations in the plant within 6 months time (Decorative Paints, Industrial Paints, Automotive Paints & Resins). • Handled technology transfer of 38 products from Kansai Paints, Japan. • Handled approval process for TOYOTA, Nissan and other OEM customers. • As a ME-Coordinator executed well the ME Pillars – PQCDSM model, Kaizens, 5S, Lean, TPM, TQM, CANDO, FIPs etc.. & achieved 2nd Best Plant in Inter-Plant competition. • Shown significant improvements – Capacity debottlenecking, Yield, Productivity improvement, Cycle time reduction, FLL reduction, Process Cost, Over Head Cost & Power Loss reduction. • QRI from 8.3 to 9.7 | BCT adherence from 76% to 96% | Productivity from 1960 to 3120 ltrs | Yield from 96% to 99.6% | Process Cost reduced from 0.65 to 0.38 per ltr. • Through process debottlenecking, plant capacity increased by 33% with zero investment • Innovative idea implemented for waste recycle resulted in INR.17.36 lacs recurring savings per year.
