1. Responsible for EHS business operations of two manufacturing units Flavors (Liquid compounding, Powder seasoning, spray dry) & Fragrance (liquid compounding) 2. Responsible for day to day Pollution control operations with the help of 8 member team - waste water treatment(WWTP), odor abatement (RTO) & Industrial waste management 3. Lead & Drive the Process safety & Work place safety improvement by implementing global safety standards & procedures 4. Responsible to maintain Site EHS legal register in order comply the conditions mentioned at operating permits/licenses from statutory authority. 5. Advise and coach on Fire & Explosion prevention strategy while storing & Handling flammable chemicals, powders 6. Site champion for waste management towards ZWL certification (Zero waste to landfill) 7. Safety inspections & audits for workplace safety improvement 8. Lead the integrated Safety & Environment management systems (ISO14001 & 45001) 9. Industrial exposure assessment for the Toxic chemical handling activiites significant results achieved in this role: 1. successfully completed the Green field project (85 MUSD) without any LTI - 6 million safe manhours during project stage 2. successfully completed design, commissioning & operation of complex waste water treatment plant to meet the discharge norms. 3. successfully obtained Zero waste to Landfill (ZWL) certification with in two years of commercial operations. 4. around 70 % cost reduction for the hazardous waste disposal when compared to the baseline cost

Obtained LEED - Green building certification from the USGBC & Silver rating from the IGBC for the project for the Healthier & sustainable future 2. successfully completed Green field project 85 million USD worth without any LTI and 6 million safe man hours during the project phase. 3. Obtained all applicable Permits/Licenses from the respective authorities - PCB, PESO, Factories department & Fire authorities for the construction & Operating the factory for commercial operations. 4. conducted detailed Risk assessment on workplace safety & Process safety right from design , commissioning stages and completed Pre-start up safety reviews (PSSR) for safe operations.

Responsible for all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Operations for the Tablets & capsules manufacturing Unit. Pharmaceutical Formulations Unit - FTO -SEZ Direct reporting to Plant Head & functional reporting to BU SHE Head.
