- Responsible for identifying and develop new potential vendor. - Responsible for sourcing and purchase raw materials, components and services. - Responsible to achieve best cost saving and ensure beneficial supply base for the company.

- Responsible for purchasing materials, supplies or equipment for the business. - Work with planner and program team on the material planning and demands. - Ensure all parts sufficient to support the production and avoid the line down. - Work with overseas supplier and handle the part purchase safely arrive to warehouse as per committed.

- Provide assistance to material control department in reviewing business, sales and inventory plan. - Plan to request customer consign material and packaging based on their order and shortage date. - Review the production plan and machine operation schedule - Handling custom clearance, LMW License renewal and company monthly statement.

- Responsible in handling the inventory, purchase orders for raw goods, materials, and supplies. - Review the purchase request from the end user, source the supplier, get the quotation, review and negotiate the purchase price. - Issuing the company’s purchase order and ensure all the goods receive updated and delivered on time. - Assist shipping department in application for custom clearance, renewal of LMW and License, preparing monthly/yearly statement. - Monitor and keep records company’s inventory file. - Maintaining current physical stock quantity with the available balance in the system.

- Assign under Procurement Subcontracting and Yard Services Team, Supply Chain Management Department. - Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. - Responsible to contacts the suppliers or vendors asking for their quotation,evaluating suppliers, products, and services for the service request to ensure that approved purchases are cost-efficient and high quality. - Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. - Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. - Prepare the technical commercial report and used the SAP Logon System in order to create the Service/Purchase Order.
