• Liaise with vendors on materials purchasing and follow up on delivery status and update respective parties. • Prepare purchase order, to verify specification of purchase orders by referring to negotiation with vendor on quotation and payment terms. • Upon receipt of purchasing requisition, verify supplier and price to ensure the purchase is at the most competitive price. • Input data in SAP system and manage complete documentation. • Manage approved supplier list.

•Perform daily duties which includes of display & merchandising, cashier function, FF & RTE session, store housekeeping, and other administrative functions. • Coordinates sufficient stock levels to ensure stock availability at all time. • Provide professional services to customers. • Drive sales to achieve sales target as set by the company.

• Ensure accuracy of all orders by double-checking order tickets against the items served to customers • Responsible for entertained a customer’s comments or complaints regarding the food and services. Balance cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for. • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
