1) Maintain EPSON robotics that manufacture catalyst or produce other product and that the predictive, preventive, and schedule maintenance plan of the plant automation is carried out effectively and efficiently. 2) To assist Maintenance Engineer revise the SOP for Maintenance and Predictive to suit the plant requirement and updated in the system. (PM checklist and SOP for Automation sides) 3) To develop and control all critical parts list (Automation parts) 4) To assist Maintenance Engineer in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance execute as per Plan and updated in the system (including yearly contact and license for Automation sides) 5) Ensure the safety of personnel, property, machinery and equipment in the factory by implementing and recommending safety measures. 6) Responsible for coaching and train all Engineering team in Robotic systems troubleshooting, HMI, Basic SCADA and PLC.

1) Commissioning and installation of PLC, HMI , VFD and Industrial automation devices like sensors. Troubleshoot PLC system, PLC software writing, integrating, setting-up, installing and commissioning. 2) Responsible for project PLC software writing, integrating, setup, installation, commissioning and documentation for handover. 3) Responsible to do S.A.T (Site Acceptance Test) and train client on system operation. 4) Responsible to monitor the status of the project inclusive of customer acknowledgement for required forms/documents. 5) Design the sequence programming and graphics accordingly to the PFD, I/O list and P&ID. 6) Responsible to HMI/SCADA software configuration and parameterization. 7) Responsible on the documentation (FAT, punch list, panel drawing and etc). 8) Responsible to workout how the software should be written.

Projects 2013 1) Cell Phone Detector - To detect the presence of RF signal from activated mobile phone. - To design circuit and program it using M68K simulator to detect an incoming and outgoing calls or SMS even if the mobile phone is in silent mode. 2) Automatic Car Wash System using PLC Programming Language - To provide top-quality washing service with fully automated different stages of rinsing, shampooing, washing, and drying using PLC. 2015 3) Automated pool system - To operate cleaning cycle depends on the clarity of water. Automated door will allow the user to enter the swimming pool without opening the door. Level sensor will maintain the water level at optimum. 4) Extraction of EEG based marker from dyslexic children with writing disorder - To extract significance features from dyslexic subjects during relax and writing. - To collect data at Dyslexic Centre located in Ampang. - To design programming using MATLAB for data analysis for dyslexic biomarker identification.
