I aspire to be an all-rounder Company Secretary. I have a qualification as an Associate Member of MAICSA with more than ten (10) years of working experience in Company Secretarial matters specialising in Private Company and Public Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG) from almost every aspect from various industries such as Government Investments Companies. I am well equipped with the skills of minutes writing and attending meetings such as Board and Committee meetings. I am now aiming to extend my knowledge and learn to specialize in other types of secretarial task such as exposure to Public Company, listed or non-listed. I am also open to the new opportunities which may not necessarily in a Public Company, as Secretarial is a hybrid in nature.
